Gym and Swimming

Going ahead with the diet plan. Yesterday, moi truly, irwan, shafiq, ally and moi went to the gym for a quick exercise. Nearly ALL equipments cant be used!! A major let-down. We ended doing sit-ups and a quick one on the cycling machine.

After about an hour there, we decided to go for a swim. I did quite a number of laps (breast-strokes). My arms and sides ache like hell. When i realise that i do not want to increase the width of my sides, did i continue with the breast-strokes-sheena-version.

This is how its done. Just do the strokes like you would a breast-stroke, but with ur hands fixed on yer back and not moving an inch. Just swim with yer legs. This increases strain to the upper body and legs. Now i have a problem. My thighs are already so bloody huge!!

daang. Tonight, i shall just do the sit-ups. Hope it'll work.

ps: had dominos after the swim!! calorie level shoots up!!
