Prepaid Mastercards

Been browsing through credit card applications and something caught my eye. Are you aware of the prepaid mastercards available now? There's the NexG Mastercard from Ambank and the Freedom Mastercard from EON Bank.

Both cards work the same as your prepaid handphone sim card. You'll have to top-up/reload in order to use it. In a way, its kinda cool only that why bother when bankcards are also acceptable. So why use?

Ok.. The traditional lets u charge first, then pay later but this workd the opposite. Interest rates are high with credit cards, but none for this. Bankcards do not allow you to make overseas transactions, but as these cards are from Mastercards, the service is available everywhere. And the best thing is, you don't even have to be 18 to be eligible. heheeee.. Now, even 12-yr olds can use Mastercards. Cool huh? A definite must-have especially for parents who don't want their child running around with bundles of cash.

Its convenient for you to top-up your card (7E, e-pay, online... etc) and application is guaranteed approval. All you have to do is to purchase a starter kit (which is priced reasonably enough). Next step would be to fill in the application form and mail it. For those who prefer topping-up/reload via online services such as Maybank2U.com, pls remember to activate your MOL account. Once all this is done, your card is ready to use!! Owh. Don't forget to top-up/relaod first ayy..

Have fun!!
