Yoga (योग); Dictionary.com defines it as:

"school of Hindu philosophy advocating and prescribing a course of physical and mental disciplines for attaining liberation from the material world and union of the self with the Supreme Being or ultimate principle."

Many says that yoga helps with the relaxation of the mind, body and soul. I am always amazed at how those who take up this so-called spiritual exercise, are able to bend and twist effortlessly. Again, this makes me think. Does breathing correctly gives you elastic ability? hmm.. interesting.

There are many sitions to yoga. The classics are: sit/easy positions called the "Sukhasana". Next is the "Dog and Cat". "Tandasana" is the Mountain, Uttasana II and Trikonasana - The Triangle. The list of positions continues.

Argh! Will seriously think before getting myself tied to a spot!
